In a typical build, technology is often an afterthought, leading to costly mistakes and user frustration. At OneTech, we’ve perfected a 5-phase approach that ensures your technology is integrated seamlessly into your home’s architecture and your family’s lifestyle.
The Goal: To understand how you live before we talk about what you buy. We begin with a deep dive into your daily routines. Do you host large outdoor gatherings? Do you need "Goodnight" scenes that lock every door? We audit your blueprints or your existing home to create a "Functional Requirements" document that serves as the North Star for the entire project.
The Goal: To create the "Digital Backbone" of your home. We produce a comprehensive Technology Blueprint. This includes low-voltage wiring schedules, Wi-Fi heat maps, and device locations. By designing the system before a single wire is pulled, we ensure the infrastructure is robust, future-proof, and aesthetically "invisible."
The Goal: To ensure you pay a fair price for elite work. We send your Technology Blueprint out to a curated list of Arizona’s top integrators. We review their bids on your behalf, looking for "hidden fat" in the pricing and ensuring they aren't substituting your high-end specs for lower-quality parts. You choose the contractor with an expert advocate helping you read between the lines.
The Goal: To catch mistakes before the drywall goes up. This is where our 14 years of experience counts most. We perform site inspections during the "rough-in" phase to verify that every wire is in the right place and labeled correctly. We act as your Owner’s Representative, coordinating with your Architect and GC to ensure the technology installation stays on schedule and up to code.
The Goal: A system that works—and a client who knows how to use it. Before you make your final payment to the installer, we perform a "System Punch List." We test every Control4 scene, every speaker, and every camera. Once we verify perfection, we provide a personalized training session for your family, ensuring you feel empowered and in total control of your new home.

Not every project starts at the blueprint stage. If you have an existing system in a luxury home that is unstable, outdated, or frustrating, we offer a System Rescue Audit. We will perform a full diagnostic of your current tech and provide a roadmap to get it back to "One-Touch" reliability.
